Guided by our Corporate Philosophy established in 1995, we strive for appropriate collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including employees and business partners, in our business activities. Furthermore, recognizing that the appropriate distribution of profits and outcomes generated through our business activities to multiple stakeholders is essential for the sustainable development of companies and the economy while acknowledging the importance of rewarding employees and considering business partners, we promote the following initiatives:
Our company aims to become an organization where outstanding talent continually gathers and grows, enabling us to maximize added value through sustainable growth and enhanced productivity within an ever-changing social environment. Therefore, we implement appropriate wage increases based on our company’s circumstances while actively pursuing training and development initiatives that enhance employee engagement and further boost productivity, aiming to provide sustained benefits to our employees.
(Individual items)
Specifically, we have implemented wage increases including base wage increases, bonus payments, and improvements in working conditions based on our business performance and price fluctuations. With regard to training and development, we continuously support the development of skills and ability and career formation of our employees through enhanced education and training programs, including initiatives for training and career development for younger employees, management education, technical training, and language training. Further, we also promote diversity and inclusion policies, including support for work-life balance with childcare, nursing care, and medical treatment, initiatives regarding LGBTQ, and proactively expanding opportunities for seasoned employees. Moreover, we continue to promote compliance through health management initiatives, including holding seminars on cancer and sleep, as well as education and training and e-learning on harassment prevention, conflicts of interest, and the RBA Code of Conduct.
We will continue to strive to comply with the content of the Partnership Declaration. In the event that the Partnership Declaration is removed from the portal site, we will voluntarily withdraw the publication of our Multi-Stakeholder Policy.
Additionally, regarding transactions with businesses exempt from consumption tax, we will strive to establish appropriate relationships by referring to the government’s published guidelines on the invoice system for exempt businesses and their business partners.
