Murata Machinery, Ltd. will exhibit at “SEMICON Europa 2026,” held in Munich, Germany from November 10 to 13.

At our booth, under the theme “Full Fab AUTOMATION,” we will present automation solutions that cover not only the entire semiconductor manufacturing process but also every process from material input to shipment.
We will also give presentations on our automated transport systems tailored to various needs and showcase our extensive track record in Europe.

In addition, visitors will be able to see our automated transport system in operation and experience its outstanding transport performance firsthand through a live equipment demonstration.
