Muratec Group has established Compliance Reporting Hotline for the purpose of enhancing corporate governance and facilitating the early detection and prevention of legal and compliance issues.
If you become aware of any actions by officers or employees of the Muratec Group companies that appear to violate laws, regulations, or the Muratec Code of Conduct, please submit the relevant information using the form below.

1.The report will be reviewed by staff of Human Resources and Legal within General Administration Headquarters of Murata Machinery, Ltd., who serve as the designated point of contact. The information provided will be used only to the minimum extent necessary to handle the report. In addition, no such information will be disclosed to any external third party without the prior consent of the reporting individual. However, this does not apply where disclosure is made to external professionals bound by a prior confidentiality agreement, or where disclosure is required under applicable laws or regulations.

2.In conducting the investigation and taking any necessary actions, we will give due consideration to the privacy of both the reporting individual and the subject of the investigation, and will strictly maintain the confidentiality of all related information. Anonymous reports are also accepted; however, please kindly note in advance that insufficient information may limit our ability to verify the facts and to conduct a thorough investigation or take corrective action.

3.We will not subject the reporting individual or his/her employer to any adverse treatment for having submitted a report.
