| PLANO, Texas (March 30,2007) — Muratec America, Inc.,
manufacturer of multifunction office equipment and business productivity solutions, announces today that for the fourth time in five years the company has received the “Outstanding Performance – Secondary Product Line” award from the Business Technology Association (BTA).
Muratec receives the top secondary manufacturer honor as a result of the 2007 BTA Channel’s Choice survey. The survey consisted of three categories including: Corporate Support, Marketing Distribution and Digital Product Line. Muratec won the marketing distribution and digital product line categories against various other brands in the secondary manufacturer category. Muratec was also named the top overall secondary OEM.
This is the fourth time Muratec has been recognized as the top secondary product line by the BTA. The company received the honor in 2003, 2004 and 2006, finishing second in 2005.

2007 marks the 18th year for the Channel’s Choice award, according to the BTA. The annual survey recognizes outstanding providers in the imaging solutions industry. The survey asks independent office equipment dealers to rate their primary and secondary OEM suppliers; the same series of questions applies to both primary and secondary manufacturers.
